Eosinophilic Esophagitis Caused by Dysphasia and Food Allergies

Eosinophilic Esophagitis it is not just caused by GERD. New studies in the last couple of years have found that is also caused by food allergies disorder. Unexplained dysphasia and vomit. In < 15 or more per high field test Studies have a correlation with Celiac too. I had dysphagia for years. I stopped eating dairy, lactic acid and gluten. after eating this food I had food impaction in my esophagus. I am happy to see that new studies have found the problem that is not related to GERD Studies and testing are promising in the next 5 years.
