Vanadium for Diabetes

I have 6 friends who were diabetic, and recovered with Vanadyl Sulfate. One of them, went from injections to no meds in just a week. All recovered within 3 months.

They all took 10mg or more per day. They also changed their diets to lots of raw foods, no refined carbs.

Caution: Vanadium can directly affect your insulin need. Start with small doses and monitor your blood sugar closely at first.

Chromium and Vanadium Supplements for High Blood Sugar, Diabetes and Weight Loss

Bill Thompson (Philippines) on 05/23/2018

In response to Mark's post on the Food Grade Peroxide page:

Posted by Mark (Rancho Cucamonga, California) on 03/14/2018

Hello to all of the Healthy family, I started Monday 3/12/2018 with 3 drops in 6 ounces of DISTILLED WATER 3 times on the FIRST day and I feel much better after just 3 days. No more diabetes pain in my arms and shoulders. A1C dropping with each drink. I am living proof HP works, I'm starting my wife and daughters on it next week because I have more problems than they do and I wanted to see if woks or not. Two thumbs up is what I'm giving it.

Hi Mark...There was some major research breakthroughs on diabetes and blood sugar problems in the 1950s. This research has been successfully surpressed for decades. What they found was that both vanadium and chromium, as essential trace minerals in your diet, are necessary to maintain proper insulin sensitivity, which means that both these minerals act together with insulin to help escort the glucose from the blood into the cells. If there is a lack of chromium in the diet and too much unmanaged sugar in the blood longterm then this will cause serious peripheral blood flow problems and heart problems.

The research I read showed that when people who had pre-diabetes or diabetes conditions took either chromium or vanadium then they were either outright cured or, at least, were able to greatly reduced their diabetes meds.

Clinical studies on chromium picolinate supplementation in diabetes mellitus--a review.

The chromium picolinate dosage recommended by The US Institute of Medicine is only 25 to 30 mcg per day which is way too small. According to the successful older research, men can safely take up to 2000 mcg of chromium per day whereas women must take no more than 1000 mcgs per day.

Since you also have constant high blood sugar(ie you have insulin sensitivity issues) which is dangerous, I would recommend that you take the above protocol. Take 1000 mcg chromium per day with meals. I would also take Chanca piedra tea or Chanc piedra extract (500mg) twice a day which will also help to balance your blood minerals properly.

As a matter of interest, I've managed to lose alot of weight in the last year without having to exercise vigorously. I was 190 lbs and have dropped my weight down to below 170 lbs with little effort. The herbs I was taking which had the best weight-loss effect were milk thistle (500 mgs once a day after a meal), alpha lipoic acid (600mgs/day), chromium (800 mcgs once a day after a meal), resveratrol (150mgs - japanese knotweed form as recommended by John Buhner) and B100 complex once every 3 days taken with a meal. So don't be too surprised if you start losing some weight when you start taking the chromium.

EC: For those who don't know much about Vanadium,

Vanadium is a mineral. It was named for the Norse goddess of beauty, Vanadis, because of its beautiful colors...

Vanadium is used for treating prediabetes and diabetes, low blood sugar, high cholesterol, heart disease, tuberculosis, syphilis, a form of "tired blood" (anemia), and water retention (edema); for improving athletic performance in weight training; and for preventing cancer.

Fasting or 1 Full Meal a Day Can Cure Type II Diabetes

Cjuan (S-e Asia) on 05/13/2016

The quickest way to heal type II diabetes is fasting but this is rather inconvenient and demanding if you have a full- time job. Do this instead: eat only one full meal a day, during lunchtime. For breakfast and evening, eat just half a grapefruit. If you're taking prescribed medicines, check that they do not interact with grapefruit. Gliptins can and do cross-react. If, in the evening, you experience hunger pangs and are not able to withstand them, eat a boiled egg. Within a few days, your blood glucose will drop.

I dropped a full 54 mg/dl within two days and about 105 mg/dl a week later. Aim to go on this restrictive diet for a minimum of 8 weeks, but 12 weeks is better. This will help the body break the vicious hyperglycemia cycle/circle.

For lunch I cooked cracked emmer wheat - boiled. Add a range of vegs - carrot, kale, cabbage, beet, jicama, radish (your choice of veg) + half a chicken burger, halfway during the simmering stage - roughly 15 min after initial boiling. When done, drizzle extra virgin olive oil + 1 tbsp of good- quality sesame oil and/or walnut oil over the boiled wheat. You can additionally top the cooked wheat with sauerkraut, kimchi or some other fermented foods like natto.

Do not use ordinary, plain wheat. Spelt, einkorn, khorasan (kamut) or einkorn can also be used in place of emmer wheat. These 4 wheat types have not been genetically modified unlike the GMO franken wheat. You can add a cube of veg or chicken stock and/or 2 tbsp of soy sauce during the simmering stage. If tartary buckwheat is available, try half tartary buckwheat and half ancient wheat. Tartary buckwheat is a very good diabetic food - it's capable of controlling / eradicating the 3Ds or demons: high blood pressure, high blood glucose, high triglycerides. Tartary BW isn't the same as the ordinary buckwheat. It is also more pricey. After doing the diet for a few days, I was surprised to find that the bathroom began to smell terribly chemical. Apparently, the body started to flush out the spent metformin and clamide that had been accumulating in the system. I believe this was partly due to the grapefruit, which by the way, can lower blood glucose as well.

Four people (diabetic - 2) in my town took one cup of kefir on empty stomach in the morning for 8 weeks. They are now free of this problem. Has any one tried this?
