I have a question about detox symptoms at least I think its a symptom of such. I have tried different products for heavy metal detox or ph balance according to their directions and soon I become very sad and crying a lot untill I drop back the use of product, has anyone else had this problem and is it due to overly alkaline state or what? this has happened two to three times on various products. please enlighten me if you can. Thanks sandra

Warning

Please make everyone aware that the federal department of agriculture has found mercury in many popular food brands that comes from high fructose corn syrup and there were articles on this as recently as January 2009, see the links below . You would think that the FDA would stop this from happening but from what I have found they claim that high fructose corn syrup is not a health threat.

Much High Fructose Corn Syrup Contaminated With Mercury, New Study Finds

Brand-Name Food Products Also Discovered to Contain Mercury

Minneapolis - Mercury was found in nearly 50 percent of tested samples of commercial high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), according to a new article published today in the scientific journal, Environmental Health. A separate study by the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP) detected mercury in nearly one-third of 55 popular brand- name food and beverage products where HFCS is the first or second highest labeled ingredient-including products by Quaker, Hershey's, Kraft and Smucker's.

Some infant formula is almost 1/2 HFCS. Similac Go & Grow baby formula, for example, claims "Balanced nutrition for older babies", but the first ingredient is 42.6% corn syrup solids. http://www.naturalnews.com/gallery/articles/similacingredients.jpg
