Hello all COPD sufferers.

A few months ago I started using moringa leaves and dandelion roots boiled in water and drank as a tea, twice a day. Twice a day as well as I was having the tea, I would have five apricot kernels. I also started eating the raw moringa leaves in sandwiches or in salads. Having suffered with COPD since diagnosed in 2006, I had reached the point where I would tire easily even while doing simple household chores. By the way I have never been a smoker. I have used all the medications including Spiriva, Symbicort, Prednisolone, Pulmicort, Antibiotics, Ventolin both the nebulising solution and inhaler.

I can now go to the gym and exercise and do all the household chores without tiring easily. I am also off of the Oxygen. I still stay away from milk (to avoid the buildup of mucus) and still occasionally take the Symbicort and Spiriva. As a matter of fact, they even last me longer than the regular month or two. I think this has been a Godsent remedy my daughter decided to give me one day. When I asked her what made her do this, she replied that she had been praying diligently asking God for a cure for me, having seen what I was going through.
