I tried the Sea Salt cleanse this morning and it did nothing for me :( I've been reading and it seems to work for just about everyone who tries it. I would like to know if someone can give any feedback on why it didn't work. From what I gathered reading the Sea Salt cleanse is this: 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt in 1 quart/liter (32oz)of warm water. And you should have a bowel movement/diarrhea within 15 minutes - 2 hours.
That's exactly what I did. I heated up the water just till it got warm /hot then added the 2 teaspoons of CELTIC sea salt, mixed it and drank it down in like 10 minutes. Nothing happened for 2 hours except for a couple of tiny farts and some small stomach noises. But I should add that just about 2 hours after taking the drink I did have a slight bowel movement which I had to strain kind of to get out and it was small solid nuggets and not diarrhea/liquid form at all which I find odd. (sorry for being a little graphic there)
I read somewhere that if you don't have diarrhea after 2 hours, then you did not put enough salt in.
Tomorrow I will try 3 teaspoons in a quart of warm water and hopefully have a cleanse.
If anyone can possibly help me out here I would appreciate it.

Hi, I have been suffering from constipation even though I drink over 8 glasses of water and take fiber. I decided to try the sea salt flush I read about. It says 2 teaspoons of sea salt and 1 quart warm water and no sooner then you drink it you will be going. Well nothing happened. I just felt even more bloated. Any cures that work fast? I would like to do a cleanse that works fast. Thank you
