I told her to go to the grocery and get a head of fresh green cabbage, pull off a leaf and bruise it with something round like the side of a coffee mug and line the inside of her bra with it. Wear it all day.

Using cabbage leaves has been used by women since ancient times and can reduce the pain and inflammation associated with the breast.

At nite, I told her to paint her breasts and nipples with a tincture of iodine 2% so she didn’t have to sleep with cabbage stuck to her.

It has now been 5 days and she told me this morning the knot in her breast is gone and she feels great and no pain.
