My cholesterol was 294 my total cholesterol and then 3 months of taking the blood test from my previous blood test until my next blood test 3 months later, one week later but my next blood test was 3 months later when I tested it and it dropped from 294 to 162 just by having carrot juice, 8 oz of carrot juice a day keeps the cholesterol at Bay! BUT now because oatmeal is more accessible to me, I buy a lot more of oatmeal which also lowers cholesterol significantly! My first test on having the oatmeal was in 2023 when I took a blood test 3 weeks after my previous blood test my LDL was 144 in 3 weeks that it went from 144 to 116 it was just in 3 weeks when I first started having the oatmeal 3 weeks before and that was a significant drop! And now a long time later my cholesterol now is in the normal range by just having a half a cup of oatmeal a day all it takes is a half a cup of oatmeal and your cholesterol will be in the normal range too! I was born with high cholesterol I don't believe in medication! Carrot juice has to be 100% carrot juice it could be something you buy at a grocery store, the one I bought was Bolt house farms more expensive than oatmeal! You have to keep it in the refrigerator and sometimes they keep it in the store for too long! Or make carrot juice at home if you want to bother BUT oatmeal works for me also! Oatmeal, a half a cup of day keeps the cholesterol at Bay!
