I am 22 years old and have begun to develop these. My family has always had HORRIBLE skin. Rashes, acne, you name it and we've had it. Like most people - my doctor told me they are completely normal and nothing to worry about. However, I am self conscious of them and don't like them. I have had immense success with taking sanitized clippers and 'cutting out' as much of them as I can. (completely painless, no nerves in blood vessels! ) They bleed for a short while, and then develop a bruise. Up to a week and a half to two weeks later, however, they develop a scab and underneath the scab lies new, healthy, blemish free skin. This obviously worked better on hidden places like thigh, torso, upper arms than it would on my face (luckily none on my face so far). Unsightly, but I would say that cleanly and gently cutting away at them or just popping them gets rid of them. None of mine have come back where I have done this, but unfortunately an endless number seem to always reappear; most too small to notice. Good luck people! Worst case scenario - you have small red dots on your skin - who cares?
