When I say live sauerkraut I mean that it must be raw to be effective. All of the old countries did use fermented LIVE, not cooked fermented foods for health. Believe me when I say I knew of everything that you listed on your website because I too have been there. These two items do tremendous jobs at eliminating the problem and making your life much more enjoyable. I have one more thing that I am experiencing with to help the body with the breakdown of this infestation. Remember, candida is really not the true enemy, our immune system in our body is very weak. What creates disease is a LACK of nutrients and this in turn creates a situation of the body not being able to detoxify. There are many nutrients involved but one of the key ones associated with fungus is Silica!! Believe me I have talked with people all over the world, and have researched this immensely.
