2 -> 3 cups of "Turmeric Tea" per day. 1 teaspoonful of Turmeric Powder into a 3/4 cup of boiling water with a drop of orange juice (to mask the taste). Also washing with warm water 2 - 3 times per day. Cured a boil (which was very large) on the side of my nose in 3 days. I have never seen such a sizeable swelling reduce as quickly as it did. Literally overnight the results were incredible. A prescription from my doctor probably would have taken longer to solve the problem. Just popped into my local supermarket, bought a small bag of Turmeric and decided to try my remedy. Worked a charm!

Back again. My 10 year old son got another boil and we used the turmeric again. I am simply amazed at how quickly the turmeric cleared this stuff up... It was gone in four days. This time I only used the turmeric; Last time (I forget to add this in my other post) I also used tea tree oil on the boil and had him bathe in tea tree oil soap. I'm not sure if the tea tree oil helped or not but I know now the turmeric works like a charm. I can't recommend this stuff highly enough. It has saved us no telling how much money, and best of all we avoid the dangers of all those antibiotics.

I had 1 big boil and 2 small ones on my left inner thigh, I went to Wal-Mart mart, it was in the asian foods section, got home, took it twice before bed and when I woke up it wasn't hard anymore, it was software and the pain def got less and less, and about 24 hours later I can walk without it hurting and as much as i feel through the bandaid right now, there is no significant bump. Bottom line is, this within a day, helped my boil(s)... So anybody with one, just take this and within a day you should like me start getting relief. Really was like magic... Thx to the people at this site!

To start with I mixed 2 tsp of the ground spice in 1/2 a glass of water. Tasted absolutely gross. However, within 4-5 hours it had shrunk by 50%(Not Kidding). Then, I just sprinkled it on the 2 remaining meals that day. Day 2..Found the capsules at Wal-Mart, took 1 mid morning and 1 that night. Basically it was gone except for a small knot. Day 3.. All I can say is I shaved with a razor and am just totally amazed as is my know it all aunt who had to admit that I was right. The internet rules. Thanks to everybody.

2 years ago I suddenly started getting boils for the first time in my life. Clusters of them on my rear end, large and painful and by the time they would heal I would have a new batch. My doctor recommended I use antibacterial soap and a medicated powder on the area. I did this every day for months and it had no affect on my boils. 6 weeks ago I started searching the internet for home remedies ready to try anything as I didn't feel like I could go on living with this problem forever. The first site I found was this one recommending the Turmeric, so I went and got a bottle of Turmeric capsules from a health food store and started taking one 400mg capsule a day. The day I began taking it I had 3 boils, those cleared up in 2 days and I haven't had another boil since then. For the first time in 2 years no boils!!! I can't thank you enough for putting this information out there, without it I would still be sitting here suffering with my doctor having no idea how to help. Thank you!

I had a boil pop up right between my eyebrows at a really inopportune time and I needed to get rid of it quickly. I tried warm compresses for 3-4 days but there was no change, the boil didn't even come close to a head. In desperation I searched further and found this website recommending turmeric. At first I tried the powder but the taste was too much, I couldn't drink it more than once. So, with a bit of difficulty, I tracked down turmeric pills and within 3 days my skin was 80% back to normal, the boil just shrank right down. I took a 300mg pill 2-3 times a day, had no problems with constipation or any other side effects. I am definitely keeping a bottle of turmeric capsules around for any future breakouts. I would recommend them to anyone, they won't hurt and judging from experience there's a good chance they might actually help.

My son has been being treated for a boil on his forehead for over 2 months and all the antibiotics they kept making him take did nothing to the boil. Although they did make him feel sick and very weak (that could be a side effect of the boil also). He developed a second boil about a week ago and got very depressed that they weren't getting any better. He stopped taking all medications and tried the tumeric powder as per the instructions on your website. He couldn't believe how much better he felt and how quick the boils started to go down. The only downside was the taste, he hates it. He found the capsules (500 mg ea.) but we don't know how many he is supposed to take.

I think it was Thanksgiving Weekend Friday that it rained. The following day was gorgeous, however the skies overhead were covered in contrails. 2 days later boils started to appear on both my boyfriend and myself: For me, 2 itchy boils appeared on my chest, for him it was on the side of his neck. I took turmeric right away. He refused, thinking it was a large pimple. My boil disappeared overnight while his grew . A few days later, more boils started to appear down his neck. At that point I MADE him take turmeric in water. The smaller boils healed up overnight but the large one is still healing after 2 weeks now. He thinks the outbreak happened after a week of junk food during the holidays (lots of chocolate). I think it may have had to do with the rain and contrails. If there are any more people in this area of Georgia with boils, please let me know! One more note: we live very close to an Air Force base which had a lot of cargo planes flying overhead that particular Saturday.

Turmeric works for boils. I had two large boils on my face. One on my cheek that had arose about 4 days prior to the one on my forehead. I have suffered from them for most of my life. I read about turmeric on this site and decided to try it. I started taking 1 tsp. turmeric with a half of glass of warm water 3 times a day. The texture was making me queasy so I switched to 1 tsp. turmeric and a half a glass of vanilla soy milk three times a day on the second day. That was much easier to get down. On the third day the younger boil on my forehead has came to a head and burst. The older boil on my cheek has softened and is no longer painful (pain was reduced significantly on both boils on the first day!). I only wish I would have found this site before they broke the skin.

Having been in pain for 4 days, and getting to the point where I almost couldn't walk (getting in and out of the car was near impossible, as well as crossing my legs or even bending over to pick things up) I stumbled across this website and thought I would try this remedy (too embarrassed to see doctor at this point, but was almost ready to throw in the towel). I took one capsule (450mg each) in the afternoon, and another before I went to bed last night. I also did a hot soak on the boil for approx. 30 minutes before I went to bed. I woke up at 3 this morning to find that the boil had finally burst. It's continuing to ooze a bit, but the relief from the pain is wonderful and makes up for the small mess. I don't usually go for natural remedies, but this truly is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. What have you got to lose, but a few dollars on investing in turmeric capsules?

I had recurrent furuncles that spread rapidly to outlying areas. I drank the turmeric 3 times and in one day they had all receeded and didn't return for over 2 months. My skin is very healthy around the affected area. Although furuncles do come back eventually, I know now to use this simple formula.

EC: A furuncle is another name for a boil. It is a skin infection involving an entire hair follicle and the adjacent subcutaneous tissue.

I suffered from boils for over 20 years after being told by doctors to use hot, moist compresses to help heal faster. No doctor prescribed antibiotics even after blood tests revealed an extremely high white blood cell count. I was finally referred to a dermatologist in May of 2005 when my blood cell count was so high it was causing fatigue among other problems. I was diagnosed with hidradenitis superative and was told only antibiotics would make the boils heal and they couldn't guarantee it would go away permanently. I spent over a year on 2 different antibiotics and every time I stopped using them, the boils came back. I've been on the turmeric for a week since the newest outbreak which included over 16 boils total. I now only have 3 actual boils and some purple spots where boils were beginning to develop but are now going away. I was told by my doctors that I would spend the rest of my life on antibiotics. Thank you for giving me hope. I can now live my life pain free. Thank you!

I used 1 tsp Turmeric powder 3 times plus Dermanol-C(Betamethasone 0.025% and Clioquinol 3.0% cream). They reduce the swell when the head breaks, shrink the size to 1/3 within 24 hr. Felt some discomfort on Sat and Sun. Swelling started on Sun at bikini line cum inner thigh.The boil grew to the size of a thumb size overnite. Very red and painfull when walking. Monday nite: apply Dermanol-C; a kind of anti-inflammatory with anti-microbial cream, rub the cream very hard so that the cream can go into the skin every 3-4 hours. Tue: Continue applying the cream.By 5pm, notice a white skin form at the tip. Surf the net, chance upon this site with turmeric as the cure. Well, not hard to find this power as this is commonly used in Indian cooking. Bought a packet at S$0.80. Took 1 tsp at 8pm. Took a hot bath at 10pm. The skin broke with white discharge and little (1 drop) of blood. Place toilet paper on it and went to bed. (Wed) 4:15am-Checked, wow, it reduce to 1/2 the size. So happy. Although it still pains when touch. Little yellowish discharge and 2 drop of blood. 10:30am: Checked, reduced to 1/3 the size, still some pain but bearable. Walk with ease. Apply the cream. Going to take some more turmeric powder. I think by tomorrow, it should fully heal. I still can't decide whether is the turmeric powder that helps or it is the combination of the 2. Anyway, gives it a try. I'm still grateful to this site for this recommendation. Total suffer 4 days, result seen in 24 hrs.

Turmeric is undoubtfully one of the aces in ayurvedic medicine. I've seen my grandmother & then mother using turmeric for variety of skin problems & wounds, trust me it does work immaterial of what this modern day medicine claims. For those who find ingesting turmeric really difficult can boil a spoonful of turmeric in a glass of milk (sugar to taste) and drink it. It tastes great, try it!

First I want to say thank you for the wonderful site you have! I have been dealing with boils under my arms, breasts and buttocks for a long time. I was always in pain with them. The other day a new one popped up under my arm that made keeping my arms to my side almost unbearable. The last time I had a really bad one on my upper thigh, by the pantie line, I went to the doctor as it drained for three weeks and I was scared. Of course he put me on antibiotics (30 days worth) which caused other problems. Such as yeast infections and upset stomach. I did not want to go through that again so did some research on your site as I had it bookmarked for other issues. I started taking the turmeric two days ago and the larger one under my arm is just about gone and the two smaller ones are completely gone, no pain and no redness. The larger one did break the skin, but it is not draining and no pain at all. I have only taken it twice so far and love the results. I have a very large one that really doesn't cause that much pain, more of a dull ache most of the time that is very deep on the upper part of my buttocks. I noticed today that it is about half the size it was!! I have issues with taking the turmeric, it isn't so much the taste, but the texture. So I am going out today to buy the capsules. I have only been taking it once a day and that is right before bedtime. I do have one question though. I started taking ACV twice a day about a week ago for yeast infections, but stopped it when I started the turmeric. Can they both be taken together? Oh and thank you for whoever said to put the ACV in natural Apple Juice! I have no issues drinking it down now it does taste just like apple cider. Thank you again for your wonderful site!

my husband broke out with a rash in August...then developed boils... a few large ones....the dr gave a strong antibiotic and took a culture... she said it was staph -a non resistance kind... the antibiotic seemed to work 90%... so the dr gave a milder antibiotc to finish off the boils...that seemed to work BUT... a few days later his arms itched intensly from the elbow down to the hand... the dr. then gave a steroid which seemed to help the first few days.... so dr gave a steroid cream to get rid of the itch BUT THEN THE BOILS started to erupt again... my husband went on-line and found that steroids can cause boils to erupt. he said no more antibiotics.... So I went on line google to see about natural cures for boils. your site was there. THE BOILS SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED IN THEIR tracks... it has only been 31/2 days.... I will let you know if they total clear up... It will be nice if no drugs are needed. MY husband has been taking 1tsp. tumeric with warm water 3 times a day PLUS 4 oz ALOE VERA juice twice a day

I had a very inflamed boil that was located in the pubic region above my penis. Went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotic soap and an oral antibiotic. The antiobiotic seemed to work, until I woke up one morning with a very bad rash on the front and back of my torso ( allergic reaction ) Stopped taking meds and just resorted to antibiotic soap - well, the boil came back furiously. Searched the net for a *natural cure* (and trust me on this - I take very little heed to homeopathic cures ) decided as a last ditch effort to try the turmeric cure. I am very pleased to say, that after a week of a tsp of turmeric in warm water 3x a day, my boil is almost completely healed! I am shocked, gloriously relieved, and now a believer that there *may* be some credibility to natural cures.

This is the first time I ever send any commentary or feedback to anything- ever. I feel compelled to do my part in letting everyone know how incredible the effects of Turmeric are on boils. 1 tsp once a day in an inch of hot water. Done. Doesn't taste great but you'll notice results the very next morning. It's been about 2 months since I started using Turmeric everyday and haven't had a single outbreak. I've been plagued by these disgusting, painful, blistering pussing devils since adolescence. I never even knew what they were until my gyno recommended a topical antibiotic (which only seemed to aggravate the beast). For me it was my last straw, so I took matters into my own hands and started researching my symptoms on the internet in search of a cure. I didn't even know exactly what they were until I started my own research which let me to this site. Turmeric is probably available at your grocery store, if not- then definitely at your health food store. It has changed my life and I am so incredibly grateful for everyone's testimonials and for the people who run this site. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. Onwards and upwards!

UNBELIEVABLE! I had a boil on my back, so I couldn't see it or touch it. It felt like a red hot golf ball burning out of my skin. Extremely painful! Luckily, I discovered this site. THANK YOU! I used a paste made of turmeric, ginger and clay and applied it to the sore area. In a matter of hours, the pain became bearable and in a few days it was almost gone. It took about another week before the core completely disappeared.

I used Turmeric for a boil. My boil started going away within a day. After one week, my boil is just a red mark. It never broke the skin. I only used turmeric for three days during that week. Note: Turmeric tastes terrible, although it was worth the 'taste bud protest.

Drinking 1 teaspoon of turmeric in boiled water 3 times a day(i put sliced ginger in it also) and a hot compress of turmeric and ginger at night for a few minutes cured a huge boil on the top of my thigh. This boil was absolutely huge, so much so that i couldn't sit properly or lie comfortably in bed. In fact it was difficult to find clothes to wear as anything touching it was painful !!I was desperate, I had tried everything but it was just getting angrier and angrier. I found this website and read about the turmeric remedy and thought I may as well. It is true what all the people say it actually DOES work-within a day my big angry boil was disappearing and the pain - well that was gone. I of all people Miss Skeptical , can assure you all this remedy is a winner!!! Thank you to the most wonderful human being that discovered this remedy. However i must point out - the hot compress DOES make your skin go a very bright and most unattractive yellow so don't go arranging any hot dates!

After about a year of not really knowing the small lump that looked like a pimple was a boil we tried the Turmeric three times a day and within 24hrs saw a complete turn around. I started taking Turmeric for a group of boils that I had on my right jaw line. These boils were so bad that they felt like someone put a cigar out on different places of my face. This is now day 2 of treatment with Turmeric The pain has stopped and so has the itching. This in no small thing as the pain and inching is severe --- it stops you picking at them. The boils have drained and have begun to heal. I have had these boils before and they take months to heal some as long as 2 years to fully heal. So I am very pleased with this treatment. it's as good as an antibiotic -- better as I would have to take antibiotics for months before. One thing I learned is that Turmeric will stain. Watch where you leave teaspoons and glassed etc..

I've had reoccurring patches of boils for about 13 or 14 years now. I get them under my arms, my inner thighs, sometimes on my stomach and bottom. I've tried the antibiotic soaps which were so harsh they actually bleached my clothes. I've always tried to keep the areas clean and dry and not to shave over them. I've never really had much luck with getting them to stay away for any length of time. I had finally started to get fed up with the pain this past week and was about to set a dermatologist appointment when I happened on this site. I don't care to take antibiotics so I figured I would try some of the remedies. HOW AMAZING IT"S BEEN! I started to take Turmeric 3x a day and I've been taking it for 4 days and I can already see a significant difference. The large boil I had is almost invisible but I can still feel the core. many of the other smaller ones are gone and my skin hasn't looked this smooth and clear for a VERY long time. I've also been rubbing under my arms with Tea Tree Oil, but it think it is the Turmeric because my thighs are clear as well. I've also been oil pulling which I find more enjoyable each day I do it. I can't wait to see the lasting benefits of it but my teeth sure do seem whiter. It also initially seemed to help my cough.

This website has been a God send for me! Thank you a million times over! Earlier this year I had the biggest boil on my buttock ever that i couldn't even sit down. I'm talking tennis ball size. After weeks of antibiotics nothing happened and eventually i was referred to the hospital for an incision and drainage under general anesthesia! It took two weeks of packing before I could even go back to work! It was embarrassing and painful! I was referred to the dermatology department of the hospital and they gave me antibacterial washes, tested for diabetes (negative) and gave me a two month long course of the antibiotic Erythromycin. While taking the antibiotics I had three more boils but not as big. I managed to get about and applied the topical antibiotics which had no effect really. They went away after a few weeks. Since then I've had others come up and go and have also had another appointment at dermatology. Again I was given more washes and topical antibiotics. They told me that they didn't know what to do to help me at all. I've came to the conclusion that I had to live with them and hoped and prayed that I wouldn't get it so bad that I had to have it surgically removed again. Then over two weeks ago one developed and because it was higher up on my buttock cheek, I have been getting away with it and have been able to sit etc, despite discomfort. I continued to apply the topical antibiotic and it had no affect and the monster continued to grow. The other thing is that none of these have ever come to a head! They are deep rooted and huge. This one was almost tennis ball size this Friday gone and it was getting evermore painful. I tried heat compresses etc many times before but still it never comes to a head and it all has no effect whatsoever.

Then, on Saturday morning I started researching for the millionth time and THANK GOD came across this website. I started taking turmeric in water. I also mixed up a paste of turmeric and ginger with a little green clay. Within hours I felt as if the inflammation had reduced. I thought it was more of a placebo and my desperation to have something work. At night I changed the dressing and applied more of the same but without the clay. I took the turmeric in water three times on Saturday. Sunday morning, the monster had reduced in size. It was now golf ball size!! I couldn't believe it. I carried on with the drinking of turmeric and changed the dressing and applied only a turmeric paste this time. Later on Sunday evening (yesterday), I went to remove the dressing to take a shower. Suddenly it burst! YUCK!! I've never seen anything like it. They have NEVER burst before and I didn't expect it to this time. I just thought the application of the turmeric would be an added benefit perhaps. It bled lots too but I didn't squeeze it. I just pulled apart the skin and tried to let it drain until it wouldn't come out anymore. I don't think the core had come out and perhaps it will just get reabsorbed. I'm not sure. I washed the area thoroughly with antibacterial wash while in the shower and then covered it with more turmeric but this time with added tea tree oil. UNBELIEVABLE!! I have lots of relief and I can't believe that I found this remedy. Wait till I get to my next dermatology appointment! I know they'll be dismissive as western Docs normally are. I'm also now going to try to use the method of applying stuff in my nose as suggested by someone else on this page in order to kill the infection somehow. I have a friend whom suffers the same problem and I can't wait to tell her! I have believed for a long time now that God has put healing in all things natural and we only need to find the cures and remedies rather than rely on synthetically produced chemicals!! The turmeric is incredible and is working already 24 hours after using. Am doing the drinks and also made a paste to put on the boil overnight. I had a viciously bad cyst that I was afraid may have become very severe, it had wrapped under the skin on my lower back and came to a head at the base of my spine. I was terrified i was going to have to go to a doctor for antibiotics or surgery. That's when I came upon this cure. its been only one week and all of the swelling has already gone i'm just healing the sore now. Thank you for posting the turmeric cure.

I had 1 big boil and 2 small ones on my left inner thigh, I went to Wal-Mart mart, it was in the asian foods section, got home, took it twice before bed and when I woke up it wasn't hard anymore, it was software and the pain def got less and less, and about 24 hours later I can walk without it hurting and as much as i feel through the bandaid right now, there is no significant bump. Bottom line is, this within a day, helped my boil(s)... So anybody with one, just take this and within a day you should like me start getting relief. Really was like magic... Thx to the people at this site!

To start with I mixed 2 tsp of the ground spice in 1/2 a glass of water. Tasted absolutely gross. However, within 4-5 hours it had shrunk by 50%(Not Kidding). Then, I just sprinkled it on the 2 remaining meals that day. Day 2..Found the capsules at Wal-Mart, took 1 mid morning and 1 that night. Basically it was gone except for a small knot. Day 3.. All I can say is I shaved with a razor and am just totally amazed as is my know it all aunt who had to admit that I was right. The internet rules. Thanks to everybody.

2 years ago I suddenly started getting boils for the first time in my life. Clusters of them on my rear end, large and painful and by the time they would heal I would have a new batch. My doctor recommended I use antibacterial soap and a medicated powder on the area. I did this every day for months and it had no affect on my boils. 6 weeks ago I started searching the internet for home remedies ready to try anything as I didn't feel like I could go on living with this problem forever. The first site I found was this one recommending the Turmeric, so I went and got a bottle of Turmeric capsules from a health food store and started taking one 400mg capsule a day. The day I began taking it I had 3 boils, those cleared up in 2 days and I haven't had another boil since then. For the first time in 2 years no boils!!! I can't thank you enough for putting this information out there, without it I would still be sitting here suffering with my doctor having no idea how to help. Thank you!

I had a boil pop up right between my eyebrows at a really inopportune time and I needed to get rid of it quickly. I tried warm compresses for 3-4 days but there was no change, the boil didn't even come close to a head. In desperation I searched further and found this website recommending turmeric. At first I tried the powder but the taste was too much, I couldn't drink it more than once. So, with a bit of difficulty, I tracked down turmeric pills and within 3 days my skin was 80% back to normal, the boil just shrank right down. I took a 300mg pill 2-3 times a day, had no problems with constipation or any other side effects. I am definitely keeping a bottle of turmeric capsules around for any future breakouts. I would recommend them to anyone, they won't hurt and judging from experience there's a good chance they might actually help.

My son has been being treated for a boil on his forehead for over 2 months and all the antibiotics they kept making him take did nothing to the boil. Although they did make him feel sick and very weak (that could be a side effect of the boil also). He developed a second boil about a week ago and got very depressed that they weren't getting any better. He stopped taking all medications and tried the tumeric powder as per the instructions on your website. He couldn't believe how much better he felt and how quick the boils started to go down. The only downside was the taste, he hates it. He found the capsules (500 mg ea.) but we don't know how many he is supposed to take.

I think it was Thanksgiving Weekend Friday that it rained. The following day was gorgeous, however the skies overhead were covered in contrails. 2 days later boils started to appear on both my boyfriend and myself: For me, 2 itchy boils appeared on my chest, for him it was on the side of his neck. I took turmeric right away. He refused, thinking it was a large pimple. My boil disappeared overnight while his grew . A few days later, more boils started to appear down his neck. At that point I MADE him take turmeric in water. The smaller boils healed up overnight but the large one is still healing after 2 weeks now. He thinks the outbreak happened after a week of junk food during the holidays (lots of chocolate). I think it may have had to do with the rain and contrails. If there are any more people in this area of Georgia with boils, please let me know! One more note: we live very close to an Air Force base which had a lot of cargo planes flying overhead that particular Saturday.

Turmeric works for boils. I had two large boils on my face. One on my cheek that had arose about 4 days prior to the one on my forehead. I have suffered from them for most of my life. I read about turmeric on this site and decided to try it. I started taking 1 tsp. turmeric with a half of glass of warm water 3 times a day. The texture was making me queasy so I switched to 1 tsp. turmeric and a half a glass of vanilla soy milk three times a day on the second day. That was much easier to get down. On the third day the younger boil on my forehead has came to a head and burst. The older boil on my cheek has softened and is no longer painful (pain was reduced significantly on both boils on the first day!). I only wish I would have found this site before they broke the skin.

Having been in pain for 4 days, and getting to the point where I almost couldn't walk (getting in and out of the car was near impossible, as well as crossing my legs or even bending over to pick things up) I stumbled across this website and thought I would try this remedy (too embarrassed to see doctor at this point, but was almost ready to throw in the towel). I took one capsule (450mg each) in the afternoon, and another before I went to bed last night. I also did a hot soak on the boil for approx. 30 minutes before I went to bed. I woke up at 3 this morning to find that the boil had finally burst. It's continuing to ooze a bit, but the relief from the pain is wonderful and makes up for the small mess. I don't usually go for natural remedies, but this truly is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. What have you got to lose, but a few dollars on investing in turmeric capsules?

I had recurrent furuncles that spread rapidly to outlying areas. I drank the turmeric 3 times and in one day they had all receeded and didn't return for over 2 months. My skin is very healthy around the affected area. Although furuncles do come back eventually, I know now to use this simple formula.

EC: A furuncle is another name for a boil. It is a skin infection involving an entire hair follicle and the adjacent subcutaneous tissue.

I suffered from boils for over 20 years after being told by doctors to use hot, moist compresses to help heal faster. No doctor prescribed antibiotics even after blood tests revealed an extremely high white blood cell count. I was finally referred to a dermatologist in May of 2005 when my blood cell count was so high it was causing fatigue among other problems. I was diagnosed with hidradenitis superative and was told only antibiotics would make the boils heal and they couldn't guarantee it would go away permanently. I spent over a year on 2 different antibiotics and every time I stopped using them, the boils came back. I've been on the turmeric for a week since the newest outbreak which included over 16 boils total. I now only have 3 actual boils and some purple spots where boils were beginning to develop but are now going away. I was told by my doctors that I would spend the rest of my life on antibiotics. Thank you for giving me hope. I can now live my life pain free. Thank you!

I used 1 tsp Turmeric powder 3 times plus Dermanol-C(Betamethasone 0.025% and Clioquinol 3.0% cream). They reduce the swell when the head breaks, shrink the size to 1/3 within 24 hr. Felt some discomfort on Sat and Sun. Swelling started on Sun at bikini line cum inner thigh.The boil grew to the size of a thumb size overnite. Very red and painfull when walking. Monday nite: apply Dermanol-C; a kind of anti-inflammatory with anti-microbial cream, rub the cream very hard so that the cream can go into the skin every 3-4 hours. Tue: Continue applying the cream.By 5pm, notice a white skin form at the tip. Surf the net, chance upon this site with turmeric as the cure. Well, not hard to find this power as this is commonly used in Indian cooking. Bought a packet at S$0.80. Took 1 tsp at 8pm. Took a hot bath at 10pm. The skin broke with white discharge and little (1 drop) of blood. Place toilet paper on it and went to bed. (Wed) 4:15am-Checked, wow, it reduce to 1/2 the size. So happy. Although it still pains when touch. Little yellowish discharge and 2 drop of blood. 10:30am: Checked, reduced to 1/3 the size, still some pain but bearable. Walk with ease. Apply the cream. Going to take some more turmeric powder. I think by tomorrow, it should fully heal. I still can't decide whether is the turmeric powder that helps or it is the combination of the 2. Anyway, gives it a try. I'm still grateful to this site for this recommendation. Total suffer 4 days, result seen in 24 hrs.

Turmeric is undoubtfully one of the aces in ayurvedic medicine. I've seen my grandmother & then mother using turmeric for variety of skin problems & wounds, trust me it does work immaterial of what this modern day medicine claims. For those who find ingesting turmeric really difficult can boil a spoonful of turmeric in a glass of milk (sugar to taste) and drink it. It tastes great, try it!

First I want to say thank you for the wonderful site you have! I have been dealing with boils under my arms, breasts and buttocks for a long time. I was always in pain with them. The other day a new one popped up under my arm that made keeping my arms to my side almost unbearable. The last time I had a really bad one on my upper thigh, by the pantie line, I went to the doctor as it drained for three weeks and I was scared. Of course he put me on antibiotics (30 days worth) which caused other problems. Such as yeast infections and upset stomach. I did not want to go through that again so did some research on your site as I had it bookmarked for other issues. I started taking the turmeric two days ago and the larger one under my arm is just about gone and the two smaller ones are completely gone, no pain and no redness. The larger one did break the skin, but it is not draining and no pain at all. I have only taken it twice so far and love the results. I have a very large one that really doesn't cause that much pain, more of a dull ache most of the time that is very deep on the upper part of my buttocks. I noticed today that it is about half the size it was!! I have issues with taking the turmeric, it isn't so much the taste, but the texture. So I am going out today to buy the capsules. I have only been taking it once a day and that is right before bedtime. I do have one question though. I started taking ACV twice a day about a week ago for yeast infections, but stopped it when I started the turmeric. Can they both be taken together? Oh and thank you for whoever said to put the ACV in natural Apple Juice! I have no issues drinking it down now it does taste just like apple cider. Thank you again for your wonderful site!

my husband broke out with a rash in August...then developed boils... a few large ones....the dr gave a strong antibiotic and took a culture... she said it was staph -a non resistance kind... the antibiotic seemed to work 90%... so the dr gave a milder antibiotc to finish off the boils...that seemed to work BUT... a few days later his arms itched intensly from the elbow down to the hand... the dr. then gave a steroid which seemed to help the first few days.... so dr gave a steroid cream to get rid of the itch BUT THEN THE BOILS started to erupt again... my husband went on-line and found that steroids can cause boils to erupt. he said no more antibiotics.... So I went on line google to see about natural cures for boils. your site was there. THE BOILS SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED IN THEIR tracks... it has only been 31/2 days.... I will let you know if they total clear up... It will be nice if no drugs are needed. MY husband has been taking 1tsp. tumeric with warm water 3 times a day PLUS 4 oz ALOE VERA juice twice a day

I had a very inflamed boil that was located in the pubic region above my penis. Went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotic soap and an oral antibiotic. The antiobiotic seemed to work, until I woke up one morning with a very bad rash on the front and back of my torso ( allergic reaction ) Stopped taking meds and just resorted to antibiotic soap - well, the boil came back furiously. Searched the net for a *natural cure* (and trust me on this - I take very little heed to homeopathic cures ) decided as a last ditch effort to try the turmeric cure. I am very pleased to say, that after a week of a tsp of turmeric in warm water 3x a day, my boil is almost completely healed! I am shocked, gloriously relieved, and now a believer that there *may* be some credibility to natural cures.

This is the first time I ever send any commentary or feedback to anything- ever. I feel compelled to do my part in letting everyone know how incredible the effects of Turmeric are on boils. 1 tsp once a day in an inch of hot water. Done. Doesn't taste great but you'll notice results the very next morning. It's been about 2 months since I started using Turmeric everyday and haven't had a single outbreak. I've been plagued by these disgusting, painful, blistering pussing devils since adolescence. I never even knew what they were until my gyno recommended a topical antibiotic (which only seemed to aggravate the beast). For me it was my last straw, so I took matters into my own hands and started researching my symptoms on the internet in search of a cure. I didn't even know exactly what they were until I started my own research which let me to this site. Turmeric is probably available at your grocery store, if not- then definitely at your health food store. It has changed my life and I am so incredibly grateful for everyone's testimonials and for the people who run this site. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. Onwards and upwards!

UNBELIEVABLE! I had a boil on my back, so I couldn't see it or touch it. It felt like a red hot golf ball burning out of my skin. Extremely painful! Luckily, I discovered this site. THANK YOU! I used a paste made of turmeric, ginger and clay and applied it to the sore area. In a matter of hours, the pain became bearable and in a few days it was almost gone. It took about another week before the core completely disappeared.

I used Turmeric for a boil. My boil started going away within a day. After one week, my boil is just a red mark. It never broke the skin. I only used turmeric for three days during that week. Note: Turmeric tastes terrible, although it was worth the 'taste bud protest.

Drinking 1 teaspoon of turmeric in boiled water 3 times a day(i put sliced ginger in it also) and a hot compress of turmeric and ginger at night for a few minutes cured a huge boil on the top of my thigh. This boil was absolutely huge, so much so that i couldn't sit properly or lie comfortably in bed. In fact it was difficult to find clothes to wear as anything touching it was painful !!I was desperate, I had tried everything but it was just getting angrier and angrier. I found this website and read about the turmeric remedy and thought I may as well. It is true what all the people say it actually DOES work-within a day my big angry boil was disappearing and the pain - well that was gone. I of all people Miss Skeptical , can assure you all this remedy is a winner!!! Thank you to the most wonderful human being that discovered this remedy. However i must point out - the hot compress DOES make your skin go a very bright and most unattractive yellow so don't go arranging any hot dates!

I started taking Turmeric for a group of boils that I had on my right jaw line. These boils were so bad that they felt like someone put a cigar out on different places of my face. This is now day 2 of treatment with Turmeric The pain has stopped and so has the itching. This in no small thing as the pain and inching is severe --- it stops you picking at them. The boils have drained and have begun to heal. I have had these boils before and they take months to heal some as long as 2 years to fully heal. So I am very pleased with this treatment. it's as good as an antibiotic -- better as I would have to take antibiotics for months before. One thing I learned is that Turmeric will stain. Watch where you leave teaspoons and glassed etc..

I've had reoccurring patches of boils for about 13 or 14 years now. I get them under my arms, my inner thighs, sometimes on my stomach and bottom. I've tried the antibiotic soaps which were so harsh they actually bleached my clothes. I've always tried to keep the areas clean and dry and not to shave over them. I've never really had much luck with getting them to stay away for any length of time. I had finally started to get fed up with the pain this past week and was about to set a dermatologist appointment when I happened on this site. I don't care to take antibiotics so I figured I would try some of the remedies. HOW AMAZING IT"S BEEN! I started to take Turmeric 3x a day and I've been taking it for 4 days and I can already see a significant difference. The large boil I had is almost invisible but I can still feel the core. many of the other smaller ones are gone and my skin hasn't looked this smooth and clear for a VERY long time. I've also been rubbing under my arms with Tea Tree Oil, but it think it is the Turmeric because my thighs are clear as well. I've also been oil pulling which I find more enjoyable each day I do it. I can't wait to see the lasting benefits of it but my teeth sure do seem whiter. It also initially seemed to help my cough.

This website has been a God send for me! Thank you a million times over! Earlier this year I had the biggest boil on my buttock ever that i couldn't even sit down. I'm talking tennis ball size. After weeks of antibiotics nothing happened and eventually i was referred to the hospital for an incision and drainage under general anesthesia! It took two weeks of packing before I could even go back to work! It was embarrassing and painful! I was referred to the dermatology department of the hospital and they gave me antibacterial washes, tested for diabetes (negative) and gave me a two month long course of the antibiotic Erythromycin. While taking the antibiotics I had three more boils but not as big. I managed to get about and applied the topical antibiotics which had no effect really. They went away after a few weeks. Since then I've had others come up and go and have also had another appointment at dermatology. Again I was given more washes and topical antibiotics. They told me that they didn't know what to do to help me at all. I've came to the conclusion that I had to live with them and hoped and prayed that I wouldn't get it so bad that I had to have it surgically removed again. Then over two weeks ago one developed and because it was higher up on my buttock cheek, I have been getting away with it and have been able to sit etc, despite discomfort. I continued to apply the topical antibiotic and it had no affect and the monster continued to grow. The other thing is that none of these have ever come to a head! They are deep rooted and huge. This one was almost tennis ball size this Friday gone and it was getting evermore painful. I tried heat compresses etc many times before but still it never comes to a head and it all has no effect whatsoever.

Then, on Saturday morning I started researching for the millionth time and THANK GOD came across this website. I started taking turmeric in water. I also mixed up a paste of turmeric and ginger with a little green clay. Within hours I felt as if the inflammation had reduced. I thought it was more of a placebo and my desperation to have something work. At night I changed the dressing and applied more of the same but without the clay. I took the turmeric in water three times on Saturday. Sunday morning, the monster had reduced in size. It was now golf ball size!! I couldn't believe it. I carried on with the drinking of turmeric and changed the dressing and applied only a turmeric paste this time. Later on Sunday evening (yesterday), I went to remove the dressing to take a shower. Suddenly it burst! YUCK!! I've never seen anything like it. They have NEVER burst before and I didn't expect it to this time. I just thought the application of the turmeric would be an added benefit perhaps. It bled lots too but I didn't squeeze it. I just pulled apart the skin and tried to let it drain until it wouldn't come out anymore. I don't think the core had come out and perhaps it will just get reabsorbed. I'm not sure. I washed the area thoroughly with antibacterial wash while in the shower and then covered it with more turmeric but this time with added tea tree oil. UNBELIEVABLE!! I have lots of relief and I can't believe that I found this remedy. Wait till I get to my next dermatology appointment! I know they'll be dismissive as western Docs normally are. I'm also now going to try to use the method of applying stuff in my nose as suggested by someone else on this page in order to kill the infection somehow. I have a friend whom suffers the same problem and I can't wait to tell her! I have believed for a long time now that God has put healing in all things natural and we only need to find the cures and remedies rather than rely on synthetically produced chemicals!! The turmeric is incredible and is working already 24 hours after using. Am doing the drinks and also made a paste to put on the boil overnight. I had a viciously bad cyst that I was afraid may have become very severe, it had wrapped under the skin on my lower back and came to a head at the base of my spine. I was terrified i was going to have to go to a doctor for antibiotics or surgery. That's when I came upon this cure. its been only one week and all of the swelling has already gone i'm just healing the sore now. Thank you for posting the turmeric cure.

2 -> 3 cups of "Turmeric Tea" per day. 1 teaspoonful of Turmeric Powder into a 3/4 cup of boiling water with a drop of orange juice (to mask the taste). Also washing with warm water 2 - 3 times per day. Cured a boil (which was very large) on the side of my nose in 3 days. I have never seen such a sizeable swelling reduce as quickly as it did. Literally overnight the results were incredible. A prescription from my doctor probably would have taken longer to solve the problem. Just popped into my local supermarket, bought a small bag of Turmeric and decided to try my remedy. Worked a charm!

Back again. My 10 year old son got another boil and we used the turmeric again. I am simply amazed at how quickly the turmeric cleared this stuff up... It was gone in four days. This time I only used the turmeric; Last time (I forget to add this in my other post) I also used tea tree oil on the boil and had him bathe in tea tree oil soap. I'm not sure if the tea tree oil helped or not but I know now the turmeric works like a charm. I can't recommend this stuff highly enough. It has saved us no telling how much money, and best of all we avoid the dangers of all those antibiotics.

I had a boil pop up right between my eyebrows at a really inopportune time and I needed to get rid of it quickly. I tried warm compresses for 3-4 days but there was no change, the boil didn't even come close to a head. In desperation I searched further and found this website recommending turmeric. At first I tried the powder but the taste was too much, I couldn't drink it more than once. So, with a bit of difficulty, I tracked down turmeric pills and within 3 days my skin was 80% back to normal, the boil just shrank right down. I took a 300mg pill 2-3 times a day, had no problems with constipation or any other side effects. I am definitely keeping a bottle of turmeric capsules around for any future breakouts. I would recommend them to anyone, they won't hurt and judging from experience there's a good chance they might actually help.

My son has been being treated for a boil on his forehead for over 2 months and all the antibiotics they kept making him take did nothing to the boil. Although they did make him feel sick and very weak (that could be a side effect of the boil also). He developed a second boil about a week ago and got very depressed that they weren't getting any better. He stopped taking all medications and tried the tumeric powder as per the instructions on your website. He couldn't believe how much better he felt and how quick the boils started to go down. The only downside was the taste, he hates it. He found the capsules (500 mg ea.) but we don't know how many he is supposed to take.

I think it was Thanksgiving Weekend Friday that it rained. The following day was gorgeous, however the skies overhead were covered in contrails. 2 days later boils started to appear on both my boyfriend and myself: For me, 2 itchy boils appeared on my chest, for him it was on the side of his neck. I took turmeric right away. He refused, thinking it was a large pimple. My boil disappeared overnight while his grew . A few days later, more boils started to appear down his neck. At that point I MADE him take turmeric in water. The smaller boils healed up overnight but the large one is still healing after 2 weeks now. He thinks the outbreak happened after a week of junk food during the holidays (lots of chocolate). I think it may have had to do with the rain and contrails. If there are any more people in this area of Georgia with boils, please let me know! One more note: we live very close to an Air Force base which had a lot of cargo planes flying overhead that particular Saturday.

Turmeric works for boils. I had two large boils on my face. One on my cheek that had arose about 4 days prior to the one on my forehead. I have suffered from them for most of my life. I read about turmeric on this site and decided to try it. I started taking 1 tsp. turmeric with a half of glass of warm water 3 times a day. The texture was making me queasy so I switched to 1 tsp. turmeric and a half a glass of vanilla soy milk three times a day on the second day. That was much easier to get down. On the third day the younger boil on my forehead has came to a head and burst. The older boil on my cheek has softened and is no longer painful (pain was reduced significantly on both boils on the first day!). I only wish I would have found this site before they broke the skin.

Having been in pain for 4 days, and getting to the point where I almost couldn't walk (getting in and out of the car was near impossible, as well as crossing my legs or even bending over to pick things up) I stumbled across this website and thought I would try this remedy (too embarrassed to see doctor at this point, but was almost ready to throw in the towel). I took one capsule (450mg each) in the afternoon, and another before I went to bed last night. I also did a hot soak on the boil for approx. 30 minutes before I went to bed. I woke up at 3 this morning to find that the boil had finally burst. It's continuing to ooze a bit, but the relief from the pain is wonderful and makes up for the small mess. I don't usually go for natural remedies, but this truly is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. What have you got to lose, but a few dollars on investing in turmeric capsules?

I had recurrent furuncles that spread rapidly to outlying areas. I drank the turmeric 3 times and in one day they had all receeded and didn't return for over 2 months. My skin is very healthy around the affected area. Although furuncles do come back eventually, I know now to use this simple formula.

EC: A furuncle is another name for a boil. It is a skin infection involving an entire hair follicle and the adjacent subcutaneous tissue.

I suffered from boils for over 20 years after being told by doctors to use hot, moist compresses to help heal faster. No doctor prescribed antibiotics even after blood tests revealed an extremely high white blood cell count. I was finally referred to a dermatologist in May of 2005 when my blood cell count was so high it was causing fatigue among other problems. I was diagnosed with hidradenitis superative and was told only antibiotics would make the boils heal and they couldn't guarantee it would go away permanently. I spent over a year on 2 different antibiotics and every time I stopped using them, the boils came back. I've been on the turmeric for a week since the newest outbreak which included over 16 boils total. I now only have 3 actual boils and some purple spots where boils were beginning to develop but are now going away. I was told by my doctors that I would spend the rest of my life on antibiotics. Thank you for giving me hope. I can now live my life pain free. Thank you!

I used 1 tsp Turmeric powder 3 times plus Dermanol-C(Betamethasone 0.025% and Clioquinol 3.0% cream). They reduce the swell when the head breaks, shrink the size to 1/3 within 24 hr. Felt some discomfort on Sat and Sun. Swelling started on Sun at bikini line cum inner thigh.The boil grew to the size of a thumb size overnite. Very red and painfull when walking. Monday nite: apply Dermanol-C; a kind of anti-inflammatory with anti-microbial cream, rub the cream very hard so that the cream can go into the skin every 3-4 hours. Tue: Continue applying the cream.By 5pm, notice a white skin form at the tip. Surf the net, chance upon this site with turmeric as the cure. Well, not hard to find this power as this is commonly used in Indian cooking. Bought a packet at S$0.80. Took 1 tsp at 8pm. Took a hot bath at 10pm. The skin broke with white discharge and little (1 drop) of blood. Place toilet paper on it and went to bed. (Wed) 4:15am-Checked, wow, it reduce to 1/2 the size. So happy. Although it still pains when touch. Little yellowish discharge and 2 drop of blood. 10:30am: Checked, reduced to 1/3 the size, still some pain but bearable. Walk with ease. Apply the cream. Going to take some more turmeric powder. I think by tomorrow, it should fully heal. I still can't decide whether is the turmeric powder that helps or it is the combination of the 2. Anyway, gives it a try. I'm still grateful to this site for this recommendation. Total suffer 4 days, result seen in 24 hrs.

Turmeric is undoubtfully one of the aces in ayurvedic medicine. I've seen my grandmother & then mother using turmeric for variety of skin problems & wounds, trust me it does work immaterial of what this modern day medicine claims. For those who find ingesting turmeric really difficult can boil a spoonful of turmeric in a glass of milk (sugar to taste) and drink it. It tastes great, try it!

First I want to say thank you for the wonderful site you have! I have been dealing with boils under my arms, breasts and buttocks for a long time. I was always in pain with them. The other day a new one popped up under my arm that made keeping my arms to my side almost unbearable. The last time I had a really bad one on my upper thigh, by the pantie line, I went to the doctor as it drained for three weeks and I was scared. Of course he put me on antibiotics (30 days worth) which caused other problems. Such as yeast infections and upset stomach. I did not want to go through that again so did some research on your site as I had it bookmarked for other issues. I started taking the turmeric two days ago and the larger one under my arm is just about gone and the two smaller ones are completely gone, no pain and no redness. The larger one did break the skin, but it is not draining and no pain at all. I have only taken it twice so far and love the results. I have a very large one that really doesn't cause that much pain, more of a dull ache most of the time that is very deep on the upper part of my buttocks. I noticed today that it is about half the size it was!! I have issues with taking the turmeric, it isn't so much the taste, but the texture. So I am going out today to buy the capsules. I have only been taking it once a day and that is right before bedtime. I do have one question though. I started taking ACV twice a day about a week ago for yeast infections, but stopped it when I started the turmeric. Can they both be taken together? Oh and thank you for whoever said to put the ACV in natural Apple Juice! I have no issues drinking it down now it does taste just like apple cider. Thank you again for your wonderful site!

my husband broke out with a rash in August...then developed boils... a few large ones....the dr gave a strong antibiotic and took a culture... she said it was staph -a non resistance kind... the antibiotic seemed to work 90%... so the dr gave a milder antibiotc to finish off the boils...that seemed to work BUT... a few days later his arms itched intensly from the elbow down to the hand... the dr. then gave a steroid which seemed to help the first few days.... so dr gave a steroid cream to get rid of the itch BUT THEN THE BOILS started to erupt again... my husband went on-line and found that steroids can cause boils to erupt. he said no more antibiotics.... So I went on line google to see about natural cures for boils. your site was there. THE BOILS SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED IN THEIR tracks... it has only been 31/2 days.... I will let you know if they total clear up... It will be nice if no drugs are needed. MY husband has been taking 1tsp. tumeric with warm water 3 times a day PLUS 4 oz ALOE VERA juice twice a day

I had a very inflamed boil that was located in the pubic region above my penis. Went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotic soap and an oral antibiotic. The antiobiotic seemed to work, until I woke up one morning with a very bad rash on the front and back of my torso ( allergic reaction ) Stopped taking meds and just resorted to antibiotic soap - well, the boil came back furiously. Searched the net for a *natural cure* (and trust me on this - I take very little heed to homeopathic cures ) decided as a last ditch effort to try the turmeric cure. I am very pleased to say, that after a week of a tsp of turmeric in warm water 3x a day, my boil is almost completely healed! I am shocked, gloriously relieved, and now a believer that there *may* be some credibility to natural cures.

This is the first time I ever send any commentary or feedback to anything- ever. I feel compelled to do my part in letting everyone know how incredible the effects of Turmeric are on boils. 1 tsp once a day in an inch of hot water. Done. Doesn't taste great but you'll notice results the very next morning. It's been about 2 months since I started using Turmeric everyday and haven't had a single outbreak. I've been plagued by these disgusting, painful, blistering pussing devils since adolescence. I never even knew what they were until my gyno recommended a topical antibiotic (which only seemed to aggravate the beast). For me it was my last straw, so I took matters into my own hands and started researching my symptoms on the internet in search of a cure. I didn't even know exactly what they were until I started my own research which let me to this site. Turmeric is probably available at your grocery store, if not- then definitely at your health food store. It has changed my life and I am so incredibly grateful for everyone's testimonials and for the people who run this site. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. Onwards and upwards!

UNBELIEVABLE! I had a boil on my back, so I couldn't see it or touch it. It felt like a red hot golf ball burning out of my skin. Extremely painful! Luckily, I discovered this site. THANK YOU! I used a paste made of turmeric, ginger and clay and applied it to the sore area. In a matter of hours, the pain became bearable and in a few days it was almost gone. It took about another week before the core completely disappeared.

I used Turmeric for a boil. My boil started going away within a day. After one week, my boil is just a red mark. It never broke the skin. I only used turmeric for three days during that week. Note: Turmeric tastes terrible, although it was worth the 'taste bud protest.

Drinking 1 teaspoon of turmeric in boiled water 3 times a day(i put sliced ginger in it also) and a hot compress of turmeric and ginger at night for a few minutes cured a huge boil on the top of my thigh. This boil was absolutely huge, so much so that i couldn't sit properly or lie comfortably in bed. In fact it was difficult to find clothes to wear as anything touching it was painful !!I was desperate, I had tried everything but it was just getting angrier and angrier. I found this website and read about the turmeric remedy and thought I may as well. It is true what all the people say it actually DOES work-within a day my big angry boil was disappearing and the pain - well that was gone. I of all people Miss Skeptical , can assure you all this remedy is a winner!!! Thank you to the most wonderful human being that discovered this remedy. However i must point out - the hot compress DOES make your skin go a very bright and most unattractive yellow so don't go arranging any hot dates!

After about a year of not really knowing the small lump that looked like a pimple was a boil we tried the Turmeric three times a day and within 24hrs saw a complete turn around. I started taking Turmeric for a group of boils that I had on my right jaw line. These boils were so bad that they felt like someone put a cigar out on different places of my face. This is now day 2 of treatment with Turmeric The pain has stopped and so has the itching. This in no small thing as the pain and inching is severe --- it stops you picking at them. The boils have drained and have begun to heal. I have had these boils before and they take months to heal some as long as 2 years to fully heal. So I am very pleased with this treatment. it's as good as an antibiotic -- better as I would have to take antibiotics for months before. One thing I learned is that Turmeric will stain. Watch where you leave teaspoons and glassed etc..

I've had reoccurring patches of boils for about 13 or 14 years now. I get them under my arms, my inner thighs, sometimes on my stomach and bottom. I've tried the antibiotic soaps which were so harsh they actually bleached my clothes. I've always tried to keep the areas clean and dry and not to shave over them. I've never really had much luck with getting them to stay away for any length of time. I had finally started to get fed up with the pain this past week and was about to set a dermatologist appointment when I happened on this site. I don't care to take antibiotics so I figured I would try some of the remedies. HOW AMAZING IT"S BEEN! I started to take Turmeric 3x a day and I've been taking it for 4 days and I can already see a significant difference. The large boil I had is almost invisible but I can still feel the core. many of the other smaller ones are gone and my skin hasn't looked this smooth and clear for a VERY long time. I've also been rubbing under my arms with Tea Tree Oil, but it think it is the Turmeric because my thighs are clear as well. I've also been oil pulling which I find more enjoyable each day I do it. I can't wait to see the lasting benefits of it but my teeth sure do seem whiter. It also initially seemed to help my cough.

This website has been a God send for me! Thank you a million times over! Earlier this year I had the biggest boil on my buttock ever that i couldn't even sit down. I'm talking tennis ball size. After weeks of antibiotics nothing happened and eventually i was referred to the hospital for an incision and drainage under general anesthesia! It took two weeks of packing before I could even go back to work! It was embarrassing and painful! I was referred to the dermatology department of the hospital and they gave me antibacterial washes, tested for diabetes (negative) and gave me a two month long course of the antibiotic Erythromycin. While taking the antibiotics I had three more boils but not as big. I managed to get about and applied the topical antibiotics which had no effect really. They went away after a few weeks. Since then I've had others come up and go and have also had another appointment at dermatology. Again I was given more washes and topical antibiotics. They told me that they didn't know what to do to help me at all. I've came to the conclusion that I had to live with them and hoped and prayed that I wouldn't get it so bad that I had to have it surgically removed again. Then over two weeks ago one developed and because it was higher up on my buttock cheek, I have been getting away with it and have been able to sit etc, despite discomfort. I continued to apply the topical antibiotic and it had no affect and the monster continued to grow. The other thing is that none of these have ever come to a head! They are deep rooted and huge. This one was almost tennis ball size this Friday gone and it was getting evermore painful. I tried heat compresses etc many times before but still it never comes to a head and it all has no effect whatsoever.

Then, on Saturday morning I started researching for the millionth time and THANK GOD came across this website. I started taking turmeric in water. I also mixed up a paste of turmeric and ginger with a little green clay. Within hours I felt as if the inflammation had reduced. I thought it was more of a placebo and my desperation to have something work. At night I changed the dressing and applied more of the same but without the clay. I took the turmeric in water three times on Saturday. Sunday morning, the monster had reduced in size. It was now golf ball size!! I couldn't believe it. I carried on with the drinking of turmeric and changed the dressing and applied only a turmeric paste this time. Later on Sunday evening (yesterday), I went to remove the dressing to take a shower. Suddenly it burst! YUCK!! I've never seen anything like it. They have NEVER burst before and I didn't expect it to this time. I just thought the application of the turmeric would be an added benefit perhaps. It bled lots too but I didn't squeeze it. I just pulled apart the skin and tried to let it drain until it wouldn't come out anymore. I don't think the core had come out and perhaps it will just get reabsorbed. I'm not sure. I washed the area thoroughly with antibacterial wash while in the shower and then covered it with more turmeric but this time with added tea tree oil. UNBELIEVABLE!! I have lots of relief and I can't believe that I found this remedy. Wait till I get to my next dermatology appointment! I know they'll be dismissive as western Docs normally are. I'm also now going to try to use the method of applying stuff in my nose as suggested by someone else on this page in order to kill the infection somehow. I have a friend whom suffers the same problem and I can't wait to tell her! I have believed for a long time now that God has put healing in all things natural and we only need to find the cures and remedies rather than rely on synthetically produced chemicals!! The turmeric is incredible and is working already 24 hours after using. Am doing the drinks and also made a paste to put on the boil overnight. I had a viciously bad cyst that I was afraid may have become very severe, it had wrapped under the skin on my lower back and came to a head at the base of my spine. I was terrified i was going to have to go to a doctor for antibiotics or surgery. That's when I came upon this cure. its been only one week and all of the swelling has already gone i'm just healing the sore now. Thank you for posting the turmeric cure.
