I ate some fried tacos and at night I couldn't stop burping. I took one pill of activated charcoal and it worked in like 10 minutes. I don't have any health issues related to burping, so I believe it was the fried tacos. But try it to see if it works as activated charcoal absorbs gas and toxins. Thank goodness it worked for me and I was finally able to get some sleep.
