From the time I posted this to now update.

I have been doing the following things.

DMSO gel ninety percent: I took this and rubbed it on by lower back when I was having trouble getting out of bed.

Later I made a blend of Coconut oil with a few drops of pepermint oil and then I put a little DMSO Gel and I stirred it up and then applied that because the constant application of DMSO has a drying affect upon the skin I have found.

Today, this morning I had the least amount of morning pain so I applied a smaller amount of DMSO Gel. It helps me get moving in the morning when the pain is the worst.

But since I wrote the original post I am doing very well, in fact I rode the bicycle, which improved my back.

I also added two (2) table spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar raw with the mother and a large table spoon of Black Strap molassas and drank that every day.

I also drank several times a day a table spoon or more or DMSO Pure 99.996; look up this on the internet to find who sells that and put that into a pint of water and drank that several times a day.

I am feeling a lot better.

The side affect that needs to be addressed is that my back skin has been come very dry and irritated from the constant DMSO application. I was using ninety percent Gel ( contains carpobal as a gelling agent).

DMSO is a miracle pain remover because where as I felt too much pain to get out of bed I rolled over and rubbed the gel unto the lower back and in a short time could move without the pain. But the dry skin issue is a problem.

Any body that has dealt with that problem let me know.

I forgot to add some things: I also took Extra Virgin Olive oil Cold Pressed with turmeric; Coconut oil extra Virgin; Black Strap molassas; Raw vinegar with the mother Apple Cider; (750) Seven hundred and fifty milligrams Magnesium twice a day; and 3 tablets of fish oil once a day.

And I also drank much distilled water.

I hope this helps someone. noperscriptiondrugsforme

Worked Temporarily

I recently did some labour and threw out something in my lower back. The pain seems to come back stronger when I try to get out of bed. It is in the lower back just above the hips. Topical application of DMSO and essential oil of peppermint make the pain diminish the pain so I can move out of bed and walk.

I just started Apple Cider Vinegar doses and Turmeric in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut oil too.

The pain seems to be a muscle spasm, like a charlie horse in the lower back. When I straighten my legs, the spasm subsides.

A few things have helped with my ruptured disc L-5 and bulging of 4 3 2 discs:

- Water soaks in Epsom salt and drinking 16 oz. water and eating an apple with salt on it in the tub. Stay in tub as long as you can.
- Take mineral and vitamin supplements, drink glass of water half an hour before any eating.
- Use an inversion table to open the spine up. Don't go all the way back, just till you feel the pull on the spine
- Ice packs on the spine 10 minutes then heat 30 minutes... Repeat a few times.

The middle of my back, between shoulder blade and spine, started having severe pain, with dull ache and stabbing pain when I moved or did anything. My skin is almost as bad with the burning, pins and needles, and crawling sensation. I have tried chiropractor, acupunture, pulsed magnetic therapy, herbal cleansing, stretching. It has been months now and still NADA, and now my back is becoming numb. I can hardly work. I am miserable.

Hello EC supporters... I am not even 40 years old yet and I suffer from occasional back pain that my chiropractor has diagnosed as early signs of arthritis. I also suffer from chronic sciatic nerve pain in one leg. We attribute the onset to the constant sitting at work, in my car or at school at night. The first thing I did was try to get moving as much as possible and avoid the urge to sit when possible. Then I pulled up EC to find out what Ted and the rest of you were doing about your pain.

I was happy to find out the my trusty ACV with baking powder might do the trick. I immediately started on a regime of the following:
* 1 Tblsp ACV
* 6oz Boling Filtered Water
* 1/4 teasp Baking Soda (check expiration date)
* 1 teasp raw Local Honey (if possible)
* 2oz Unsweet Fruit Juice (I prefer unfiltered Apple)

Directions:

Add baking soda to boiling filtered water and let it fizzle. Once the fiz is over, add your AVC and stir. Add honey and juice (juice is optional). Stir until cool enough to drink. Sip over 30-45 min on an *empty stomach*.

It tastes really yummy!

2 weeks ago I started experiencing low back pain and pain in my sciatic nerve on my leg. The pain was horrible. I could not sit in one position for long, laying down was uncomfortable and moving from sitting/laying to standing was very painful. I made 2 visits a week to my chiropractor and he seem to make it better for a couple of hours and then I was back to lots of pain.

Like I said above, I logged onto EC and started the recipe above immediately. I started it mid-day and again at night to get the process going.

I also started walking at lunch time for about 25 mins and running again in the evenings. (Movement felt 100 x better than standing still) At first the walking and running was great until I had to go back to sitting. After 3- 4 days of moving more and drinking my ACV tea in the mornings - I started to notice a tremendous difference. I could sit and stand up without grunting and I could sit for long periods w/o getting stiff. Now 7 days later, I feel 95% better. I still get a little stiff if I don't move around at least every 20 minutes BUT I truly believe the ACV tea drink helped to resolve my pain. WHY? Only GOD in heaven and Ted knows. :-).

Other supplements I am taking:
* Evening Primerose Oil caps (2-3 /day)
* Flax Seed Oil cap (2/ day)
* Lecithin cap (2-3/ day)
* L-Lysine (2/ day)
* Tumeric/Blackpepper/Cayenne Pepper Caps (4/day)

(the tumeric caps were homemade using vegetarian capsules) - -1 cup tumeric / 1-2 Tbsp black ground pepper / 1/4 cup cayenne pepper - - mix and fill capsules. Take 4 per day with meal or beverage. It may upset an empty stomach.

Helps with so many things like, Blood pressure, inflammation, blood circulation, clear skin, diarrhea, aids digestion and cayenne helps stop a heart attack or stroke (but medical attention is still needed)

Enjoy and I look forward to your feedback!

Toodles ~
