i am 40 years old a non smoker and a mother of 3 children all under 7. About 8 years ago we did some work on our house we pulled up a patio and smashed up some concrete a lot of concrete over a few days. I was worried at the time that there could have been asbestos in the concrete. Time has passed and over the last 6 months I have been getting chest tightness, shortness of breath shoulder pain back in December. Life has been pretty miserable for the past 6 months. I don’t feel like I can run anymore, I get a tight chest when I run and I am absolutely terrified that I have poisoned my lungs with asbestos and that I will have a slowly get worse over time. I have been having counselling, drastically changed my diet, I have been oil pulling for the past month. I have tried drinking some collolial silver but not much of that. Have been taking probiotics to treat my gut. Is there anything I can do to protect myself and to try and be there for my kids as they grow up.
