Baking Soda Remedy for Acid Reflux

Baking soda has been used to treat digestive problems for generations. This simple but very effective natural remedy works quickly to relieve acid reflux.

How Much Baking Soda Should I use for Acid Reflux?

Add ½ teaspoon baking soda to 4-6 ounces of water, mix it completely and take it internally. This baking soda water will not taste bad, just somewhat salty.
