P: Look for Vit-A 5, 000 iu at health food store or maybe pharmacy or grocery. Take as recommended on label. After using the contents of this bottle eat more foods that contain preformed Vit-A like Liver, Eggs, and Butter. If you still have symptoms like night blindness take another bottle or maybe even switch to higher dose like 10, 000 iu.

Fermented Cod Liver Oil is a good source of Vitamin A (and Vitamin D).
