Is Serrapeptase Safe With Surgical Implants? What Dose?

I have had reconstruction/ silicone implants after breast cancer 2007, total right hip joint replacement 2009, distal gastric bi-pass 2001, would I be able to take Serrapeptase and in what dose. I could not find it in gel but, if I did could I use it topically?

This company claims to be the lab the other companies buy the patented serrapeptase from to add to their products. I would ask them. It eats scar tissue. Amazing stuff.
