Hi Ted, I have a question on daily vitamins. I cannot find a good one it seems but I am wondering about this one. **GNC Multi-GelTM Multivitamin** Here is what is in it.

A doctor once told me the only way to go with a multi is a good food-based one, preferably organic. She said no chemist in the world can decide what vitamins and minerals mother-nature wants us to have. And, that a common apple has many compounds that we haven't even discovered yet. So, they are not completely synthesizing all that we are supposed to get. Not sure if this is true, but in theory it makes sense.

Also, I know Ted is very big on the use of a fulvic/humic acid product. Shouldn't be too hard to find a post talking about it.
