High Dose Vitamin C and Liver Discomfort

I have started high doses of vitamin C 3000mg per hour. Buffered and reduced. after about 5 doses I get this discomfort in my liver area. Does any one know why this could be?

Nobody answered so here's a guess. If the vitamin C was not buffered/alkalized maybe the acidity is encouraging the gallbladder to be more active, maybe what you are feeling is gallstones. That might feel like heartburn, or a pressure type pain. Or the acidity might just be irritating the digestive tract. You might try eating soft, alkaline foods, cabbage, plain yogurt, etc. to soothe the digestive tract and cut back on the vitamin C for a bit. Look up how to alkalize the vitamin C. Best wishes.
