I would be VERY CAREFUL about douching with DMSO. It is used with Cystitis via catheter in the bladder, but you need to make very sure you do not have any kind of infection vaginally, like any STD. Because when you douche with the DMSO any infection you may have will go directly to the bloodstream and that can be very dangerous. So If you are using it for a Herpes outbreak, you really need to be careful there is not anyother STD going on also. Use with caution. About the HPV...DMSO is like warming lotion. So there is going to be some heat. How much heat in such a sensitive place, I dunno, but I tell you what I would do. I would soak a tampon with half and half...distilled water and Dmso. Insert it and wear it for an hour. If you feel good about that, up the ratio of DMSO to 6o/40...wear it for two or three hours. See if that helps. Keep upping it until you you get the full force of the DMSO. In six months of doing this, go for a pap test and if your cured, don't forget to tell us. Good luck.
