DMSO and Blood Thinners

I having trouble finding how to take DMSO if you are taking blood thinners. My dad had an operation on his ankle and is now in a cast. He has osteoarthritis in his shoulder and has alot of upper arm pain. Whilst in his cast he needs to take a blood thinner every day. Is it safe for him to apply DMSO topically to help with his shoulder and muscular pain?

Look into boron and fluoride regarding arthritis

I take Xarelto, plavix, and entresto. Can I also take DMSO for back pain (Degenerated discs)? If it is OK to take DMSO how much should I take?
