We use a saturated solution of MSM and distilled water and spray on our faces, hands, arms, elbows, feet etc. It has cured up various skin ailments that nothing else has been able to resolve. We also take a couple teaspoons of MSM in water each day. We have noticed good effects from it and nothing negative.
