I have read about many remedies with Apple Cider Vinegar and I know that ACV is really good. I was wondering about the ACV tablets or capsules that I have seen in the stores.
Of course for a hair rinse or poultice, I don't think you could use tablets/capsules. But for some of the other cures, are ACV capsules or tablets any good? Is it worth it to buy capsules for some of the digestive cures like food poisoning or lowering blood sugar and blood pressure?
I was just curious if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with the ACV capsules?
