Borax shampoo can be easily used in the shower. I use it every other day and have for almost a year. You just shut your eyes, like you would with regular shampoo. It is no different. You use regular laundry borax. Remember to use a citric acid rinse. Recipes can be found many places on the internet, I prefer Dr. Hulda Clark's recipes, you can search for those. Hope this helps.
