I use a detox foot bath at home. It can be purchased at a very reasonable price online. Be sure to purchase an element (refill kit) for each person using it as you should not share these. The element should be replaced after a certain number of uses (maybe like 40)... when the water starts getting lighter and lighter then you know it is time.
I am detoxing from toxic mold and this is the same system used in my doctors office, and part of a larger protocol for detoxing. I do feel better after doing them and have noticed the difference when I slacked off.

I go to Dr Lori at Mendonca Chiropractic. They have locations both in HANFORD and in Tulare.
