Ted covers it there. Looks like equal parts sodium carbonate (washing soda) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). He recomends adding potassium to help the kidneys.

A quarter tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate and quarter tea spoon of potassium carbonate (or sodium carbonate) in a glass of water to be taken ideally 3 times a day 30 minutes before or after food. This is Ted's bicarb formula.
