Transdermal Use of ACV Effective?

Posted By Wildcat (Leesburg, Florida) on 06/14/2017

I have a question. Can your skin absorb enough ACV to be considered a superfood? I just started to blot it all over my body and letting it dry after dry I simply put on a moisturizer. I was just hoping someone else was using ACV this way and what results they were having. I suffer from MDD and Rheumatoid Arthritis not to mention I am 56 and feel like I should be 86.

I would also know if anyone knows the effect of ACV on low dopamine levels.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't think it can hurt. People used to rinse their hair with a diluted vinegar and it is very beneficial. You should check into supplementing with boron since its very good for RA. Wish you the best.
