Is ACV and Baking Soda With Cold Water Safe to Drink?

My question is I read somewhere on another site that to drink this mixture warm or hot, that cold water will hurt your liver. I've been drinking it iced down. I like it that way. Now I'm worried about drinking it cold. Is this true or does it really matter.
