Question: Can anyone provide any pro's or con's on these salt crystals Stones or Lamps?
I see them advertised quite frequently as "ALL NATURAL" helps purify the air, reduce stress, relieve respiratory problems, & more.I would like any informative data on these salt crystals should anyone have had experience with them. Thank You for your time.

Hi Lewis,

Haven't used the lamps with salt crystals but have used the salt pipe with success. It is based on an ancient salt solution called "Halotherapy" aka "Salt Therapy" or "Speleotherapy" which in summary is salt cave therapy. You can learn all you need to know in depth from http://www.saltrocks.org
