For the sagging jowls, stick your bottom jaw out and mimic chewing (with your teeth up over your top lip) in an exaggerated fashion. Do this alone as you will look like a cartoon bulldog, but you will certainly feel this exercise in your jowls. It helps with a wrinkly neck a little too. Also, I read in an acupressure book to
to lightly pinch around the jaw bone from earlobe to earlobe for seven to ten seconds per night.
