I want to use 35% FG HP in a cool mist vaporizer. I read that you should use 4oz in 1 gallon of water but nothing was said about haw many nights a week you should do this. Is it okay to do it daily? I assume you need to use distilled water. However, if you bathe in it, do you need to use distilled water or can you use tap water and how much 35% HP should you use for how much water and again, is it okay to do daily? And if you do both the bath and the vaporizer, can you do both the same day or should you alternate?
