hi every one. actually i went to ask you people about american gardern acv it says (water & apple juice from concentrate and five% acidity) is it ok if i use it for weight loss it says its natural. please some one sugest me for this as only this particular brand is available. Thank you very much for such a great site.

Hi there, The description of the ACV you have there is the same as the one we have here. I would think it would work the same.
