Can anyone tell me how much they increase the water as they increase the dose of H202? The instructions (16 day protocol) says to increase drops each day up until you reach 25 drops 3 times per day, but it never states if or how much water you should increase each day, if any at all. Did anyone stay at the same 5-8 ounces reagardless of the amount of drops? Thank you for any help. :)Replied by Dana (Larose, La) on 04/15/2012

Dana, 35% H2O2 is about 11 times stronger than 3%. So if one is supposed to begin w/ 2 drops 35% you would need to begin w/ 22 drops 3% and increase daily by maybe 5 drops. I never got an A in math, but I did get a B in my last arithmetic class LOL! So hopefully this is correct and you will fair the better in your quest for health.Replied by Barry (Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada) on 04/20/2012
Reply to Dana regarding dilution of Wal Mart H2O2 3%.
Dana, I think the bigger concern is that you most probably have in your hands a 3% Pharmaceutical grade H2O2 from Wal Mart and Not the Food Grade pure H2O2. There is a HUGE Difference. The Pharmacy grade variety has a number of stabilizers and preservatives in it of which many are known carcinogens. You need to acquire the pure FOOD Grade 35% H2O2 ONLY! To exercise caution, you might want to start with just 1 drop of 35% in an 8 ounce glass of "Distilled Water". Then add 1 drop per day up to about 25 drops. Most suggest 3 times daily. Please DO NOT use Pharmaceutical grade or any grade for that matter other than FOOD GRADE.
By the way, if you were using a 3% solution you would have to increase by 11 drops each day to equal to same concentration of 35%. Good Luck.
Also, remember to be very cautious with handling of the 35% H2O2 and take the mix on an empty stomach.

for your information: Aaron does not add Stabilizers to their 3 percent H2O2. They are a jewish company that does not use additives. And USP is purer that Food Grade. Without the stabilizers it's a higher grade than food grade. Food grade simply means that it is pure enough for the food industry to use as a cleaner and disinfectant. The health industry jumps on this word 'food' and everyone thinks its was made for consumption because it's pure. USP is a much higher purity and Aaron products does not add stabilizers.Replied by Toronto Mom (Toronto, Canada) on 05/21/2012
There is ahuge difference between Food Grade and Pharmaceutical Grade! The pharmaceutical grade cannot and should not be ingested. Please be mindful and make sure you only get the Food Grade.Replied by Curiousman (Valpo, In, USA) on 07/05/2012
Hi I have 3% fghp I bought off line can you tell me or give me a link for a chart on how many drops in how much water and how many times a day. It's already 3% not 35% also do I have to use distilled water or can I use regular bottled drinking water? Also I am doing this for asthma. Any idea on how long to expect results? Thanks for the help!Replied by Sofakingincredulous (Edmonton, Alberta Canada) on 04/29/2013
This is alarming... NEVER I repeat NEVER take any H202 without dilluting it and NEVER take anything that isn't 35% FOOD GRADE... The 3% has other things in it and is not safe for consumption.Replied by Joanne (Fairport, New York) on 01/13/2014
Did you ever get an answer regarding upping the amount of water when using 25 drops of the Hydrogen Peroxide? Not sure either if you use 6-8 oz of water regardless of how many drops you use.
Thanks,
Joanne

When you add drops to 6 to 8 oz of distilled water, you use the same amount of water all the time even with 25 drops. I've been on 25 drops now for ten days with no change in taste or anything. I use 6 oz of distilled water.
