Dear John,
I think it is more likely to help your angina than be a problem. But it is always wise to start with less and increase the amount slowly over time. And I think the formula is best taken away from meals. Here is Ted's recipe from this website:
Lemon Bicarbonate Formula
"This simple formula will normalized many biological parameters, pH, ORP, phosphates, bicarbonates and antioxidants of vitamin C. A potential miracle water. One whole lemon freshly squeezed.
