Hydrogen peroxide with colloidal silver safe to drink

I only found 3% H2O2 with 0.00018% Colloidal Silver Stibilizer, product of Huwa-San Belgium. bottle of 5L. Is this ok to dillute with distilled water and drink? Please for any who have experience in this to clarify. thank you.
