HOW BEST TO USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE FOR MOM'S BONE AND TISSUE INFECTION?

Dear Ted, Can you help? My mother has bone and tissue infection on 2 of her toes. How can I use the hydrogen to increase the oxygen in blood without killing or damaging her in any way and kill this bacteria? How can I combine it in foot baths and internally in combination to do that? I need to mention that she has artificial heart valve so I don't want to burn her valve. Can I combine it with germanium and if yes, how much of it daily?
