Need Help With Opiate Withdrawal After Stopping Suboxone

Posted By Tammy (Apache Junction) on 07/01/2024

I was on Percocet through pain management for 20 years I just went off at a year ago and went on Suboxone. I went off the Suboxone and I have been really sick with withdrawals for 8 weeks and can get no help. I need something desperately that I can take that will help through the withdrawals. I heard milk thistle helped detoxifying the liver. Please help me I'm desperate. I've been taking kratom but it makes me sick too. Thank you

Avena sativa tincture or oatstraw tea should help with withdrawal symptoms. For liver detox, cilantro is best.

If it is anything like Benzo withdrawal, you should not go cold turkey. It is not about detox, but you know this.

See a homeopath. Find the one who has experience with Withdrawal from Psychiatric Drugs.

They might help. A homeopathic pharmacy might even prepare a homeopathic Suboxone to help with withdrawal symptoms.

TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) might also help you by recommending some herbal supplements and acupuncture. I believe Bupleurum & Dragon Bone is a good supplement in your case, but talk to a practitioner. Never buy supplements on Amazon.

Read this and see if it applies to you (but only a practitioner can guide you in this process)

Browse this site as well (the protocol is for Benzo withdrawal, but I think it applies to other psychiatric drugs)

Lastly, I would start with consulting a homeopath. I'd not start a Supplements protocol first. Introducing so many supplements into your already fragile mind and body can backfire.
