My dermatologist is curious about a bumpy part on the tip of my nose and wants to do a biopsy which would leave a scar. He said there wouldn't be any plastic surgery to fix the scar. They've done this before and found nothing. I got scarred but they've also done it and found cancer. I don't want a scar on my nose. I found Curaderm and would like to try it but I'm not sure it's safe to "try" it on healthy skin when I'm not sure if cancer really exists on my nose. I did have a thermography test done. Red showed up on my nose but it was more a sinus issue. The part of my nose that I'm concerned about didn't have any color on it. I'm thinking it's just a mound of skin.

What do you think? Should I go ahead and try it?
