Can You Explain Exactly How to Take Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda?

I have a question. It has been mentioned that when you mix the ingredients the baking soda bubbles alot. So my question is, when should I drink the mixture? Do I wait for the bubbles to stop and clear up before I take it, will it cause gas? Or do I drink it as soon as the mixture is done.. I want to begin this but I am hesitant I already bought the items...

Is there a special way to do this for example, do I get the glass of water, then pour in the Apple Cider Vinegar and then add the baking soda? Also what about meats what if I had a burger for lunch and I have this at night what happens to the meat? Does that not get digested? So many things mentioned, not sure what to think about this... also does anyone know if it can harm pregnancy?

Hi Charlotte, In a dry glass to start with take 1/4 tea spoon of Sodium bi Carbonate and then put one table spoon of ACV, it will start frothing, stir it and then it will stop frothing. Now if you want to make a better tasting drink then add one tea spoon of honey and then mix 250 to300 ml of water. Stir it, drink it and enjoy. If any doubt I am in Mumbai you can call me 09322887066.
