Can i use curcumin if my gallbladder was removedPosted By Ginger (Quebec) on 11/20/2014
I would appreciate any advice, experience, suggestions with regards to being able to use Curcumin (with piperine?), to help me feel better. I am quite ill with Chronic Pain for 28 years - on very strong meds 24/7, homebound, and with assorted Inflammation - debilitating/severe Sciatica pain L4L5S1, DDD, Fibromyalgia, Basal Thumb Joint Arthritis/CMC, MCP and Ganglion Cyst Volar Wrist , Osteoarthritis, Scleroderma, Lympedema (pains throughout). I have had many (assorted! ) surgeries. Although I have heard so many positives about the healing power of Curcumin, I feel hesitant to begin using it, as I had my Gallbladder removed (1986) and have not been able to find information about using this supplement if one has had an open Cholecystectomy. I would be very grateful to receive any opinions about this. Thank you.
