I do, the man who started doing this claims that it removes the tar off your lungs. That's why I don't worry much about smoking anymore. Cancer comes from cells being deprived of oxygen, tar on lungs deprives cells in the entire system of oxygen, so clean the tar off by taking h202 equals preventive health. While continuing to smoke.

Putting active oxygen from 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide is a good thing and yes you can use this while smoking!! I mean yes you need to quit but your body is lacking oxygen just because we dont get it in our water anymore, well actually tap water as 6 to7 ppm (parts per million) bottled water has 7to12 ppm WE NEED 40 TO70 ppm. You can get this by making 1oz of 35% food grade hydrgen and 11ozs of distilled water (this mixture is used in a lot of remedys) and take 4tbs(2ozs) and put in a gallon of your water, milk or any other beverages. Google Dr. Charles Farr hydrogen peroxide therapy.
