You can take FGHP while pregnant or nursing but you will be cleansing "bad stuff" from your body. Some of this can go through your breast milk. If you do it while you're pregnant, you'll want to start very slow. Don't forget about the "die off" you can experience when you take FGHP. have you tried the salt solution nasal spray I use it any time I get a bit of stuffy nose I havent had a sinus infections since God bless and good luck
