So a friend of mine, she's an OT, is constantly researching alternative medicines/cures for better health. She toldme about Borax/Boron for arthritis. So a week ago I started adding 1/4 tsp to my fresh coffee grounds which makes a 10 cup pot of coffee. That lasts me 2 days in my mug (picture of mug included, 30 oz I believe). I'm going to up that to 1//2 tsp. My question is is putting it in my coffee acceptable for getting the benefits of Boron?
