I’m confused about the dosage of Boron. On the video it states that 1/4 teaspoon in one liter of water = 110 mg. On the dosage page it says that 1/4 teaspoon = 940-1000 mg.
I’ve read on other sites that a high daily dose of Boron per day is 20 mg. And a normal dose is 3-4 mg per day.
Also I’m wondering what dose for men will not produce excessive amounts of estrogen?
