After Stopping Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy and Wanting to Begin Again, Do I N

I stopped cold, and what a mistake! I was up to 18 drops 3/day, and tired of the regimen and the taste. So I stopped. I've had a miserable 2 weeks... Cranky, mean, sleeping much too long. I feel poisoned, and I probably am.

Then I read this article. Now I know that I have to get back on the program and maintain for 2-3 months. It's a commitment that you can't give up on.

Keep this in mind if you are hospitalized, and arrange for treatment to continue, so you don't develop my symptoms.

My question: after 2 weeks with no H2O2, do I start over, or jump back in at 18 drops?

You will need to start all over again from 3drops/3times/day. this will help you to cope with healing crisis.. Good luck
