Hi. I have yucky varicose veins and spider veins all over my legs. They frequently ache and look unsightly. I feel constantly embarrassed about my legs. Please help. I know it's not life threatening or anything. I also suffer from fatigue, brain fogginess and cellulite. thank you , Elle.

I don't know exactly which remedy might help..but if you look in both sections of ailments and remedy's it will give you some idea of a few things to try,,the same thing does not always work for everone, even with the seemingly same problem,,,because different things cause simpler illnesses, fungus, bacteria, virus, poor nutrition, gall stones, kidney stones, many different internal parisites (we all have some), But for me I always like to tell someone to start by getting your systems cleaned out,,,internal parisites, liver cleanse, gall blader, etc.,,all of that can take a month or so. Hi there!

I came across your website searching for effective cure to relieve leg pain and hopefully help disappear my varicose veins or red bruises.

I`m not sure what`s cold but this red or brownish blemishes on my left leg cause me to be not comfortable and i couldn`t wear my knee length skirt during summer.I am hoping to find an easy cure for my varicose veins which is not expensive.

I was 15 when i first had this and you can imagine i`m always wearing trousers and and jeans most of the time.

in your sector where they talk about varicose veins cure with the help of apple cider vinegar, herbs, withc hazel..etc

Will you please tell me which is the best to start to try.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

Hi Elle & Mae82, If you raise the head of your bed 6"-8" as mentioned on the Inclined Bed Therapy(IBT)page here on Earth Clinic https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/incline-bed-therapy.html you will likely find a good improvement over time. Here is the link to Arthur K fletcher's website

http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?topic=9843

He is doing a study to prove sleeping on an inclined bed makes a big difference with both vericose veins and edema. Check it out for yourself. You do not have to spend a penny to try this. He would appreciate any feedback you can provide to him. I have been sleeping on the incline for 10 weeks now and see improvements in edema. Maureen
