I'm over here in Asia and it's hard to find Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar plus it will be extra expensive if I do find it. Any thoughts on my idea of trying COCONUT VINEGAR organic and unfiltered? I might try it anyways.

I'm a CKD 44 with a urine ph of 5. I know. I know too much meat but what is poor diabetic to do ? Catch frickin 22 I tell you. I'm all game for trying the vinegar and baking soda but can you tell me the official recipe, what times of day and how do I decide how many days a week ?
