I need help on what to take for my barretts..... I was wondering if you could help me.. What will help my body with alkalinity.... I am in great health don't need to lose weight ............. This is the only thing wrong with me and I was bulemic when I was younger and wanted to know if this could have created my condition.... I dont have any major symptoms except a little reflux that is nothing to speak of.... They found my Barretts on an upper GI and I am a 46 year old female.

Thanks
Marla

Eva and Marla, I feel for you. I was diagnosed with Barretts almost three years ago. I'd seldom had heartburn until I woke in the middle of the night with that terrible burning sensation all the way thru to my back. Doctor prescribed Omepresol, then doubled the dose, but it didn't help. I stopped taking medications (despise them and their side effects), instead taking digestive enzymes and an HCL with pepsin tablet with first bites of food. Also take a probiotic and avoid fatty foods. THIS WORKS for me! What a RELIEF! I had a second (whatever it's called when a camera is put into the throat/stomach) and the doctor told me to continue doing what I'm doing. If I ever do have indigestion I take a couple tsp. of apple cider vinegar (with the mother in it) in water followed by a tsp. of honey. (Get local honey that hasn't had all the good stuff ruined by heating to too high a temp.) Marla, I can tell you just the thing to bring your body to the proper alkaline/acid balance, but it involves a product name, so email me [email protected] if you are interested. Good luck to you both!

Hi Susanne, I was diagnosed with Barrett's as well, have chronic acute gastroesophagitis, hiatal hernia and GERD, to name a few of them. I would appreciate if you could e-mail me the product to bring my my alcaline/acid balance in e-mail. My e-mail is [email protected] Please write down any other information about what you do, so that I could try that as well. Thank you very much Susanne!

Hi Susanne,

Yesterday I was diagnosed with Barrett's and am trying to find a natural remedy. I only drink filtered water and try to eat mostly oragnic foods. I don't eat a lot of fatty foods, but I do love spicy foods. So I know that I have to stop that. As well as my coffee every morning (UGH!!). Would you please email me at [email protected] with the product to bring my alkaline/acid balance back to normal? I am going to pick up some aloe vera juice and DGL Licorice today as well. THANKS!!!
