I have been diagnosed with glandular fever and chronic fatigue. I have been taking peppermint tea, with a tea spoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of manuka honey, morning and night for 3 weeks. I have also been taking B complex with magnesium and zinc tablets. I have more energy now than I have had for 3 years.
