I've just tried white vinegar on my hair. I appear to have similar symptoms, intense itching behind my ears and at the back of my head. I am also experiencing either psoriasis or eczema around my skin in general. Will let you know if the scalp treatment of vinegar works. So far in the last hour it appears to have relieved symptons certainly in the short term.
