My elder brother has some blockage in arteries, as we know from the sources that the without agiogarphy u can find the position of heart, but in this case they will give the injection of redioactive element this will be mixed in the blood and after that they will scan the images with the equipment and take the images from different angles.

Our question is, that radioactive element not affect the body or heart? Does this give us perfect results?

Hi Sandeep, your concern is quite logical, but if this test has to be done then one has to go through this procedure. The quantity of these drugs is not given to the level which could be detrimental to the body. As it is this test is a kind of alternate to the angiography. So let your brother go through the test and see as to how much and what kind of blockages he has, then he can decide the further course of action.
